Live network fees on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB, Avalanche, Solana and Bitcoin: slow/standard/fast fee rates, congestion and trend, and the USD cost of a send, token transfer and swap on each, plus the cheapest chain now. Pick chains with chains (e.g. base,solana); all by default.

Also includes a 'cheapest' summary object identifying the lowest-cost chain for transfers and swaps, a timestamp, and a list of any chains whose data was unavailable.
