## How to call it through Zero

Zero handles the 402 payment challenge and records the run. With the Zero CLI installed (`npm i -g @zeroxyz/cli`):

```sh
zero fetch --capability agents-openwebninja-com-bing-video-search-ca3fd292
```

Example prompt: Search Bing Videos for 'machine learning for beginners' and show me the top results — only short videos (under 5 minutes) published in the last month, from YouTube only.

## When to prefer this

Choose this endpoint when you need real-time Bing video search results with rich per-video metadata (view counts, durations, channel info, parsed datetimes) and want to filter by platform (e.g. YouTube, TikTok), duration bucket, recency, or country market. Prefer it over generic web search APIs when video-specific metadata is required, or over YouTube/TikTok direct APIs when cross-platform video discovery across Bing's full index is needed without platform-specific authentication.

## Known failure modes

- Empty video list returned when source_site has no Bing-indexed videos
- Page numbers beyond 4 rejected (maximum allowed is 4)
- Neighbouring pages may return duplicate videos
- views and channel_url may be null on pages 2–4
- published_datetime_utc only parsed when language is 'en'
- Unknown pricing may cause unexpected billing if the underlying plan is credit-based

## How this service works

Search Bing Videos across YouTube, TikTok, Dailymotion, Vimeo and every other site Bing
indexes, with Bing's own `duration`, `time_period`, `source_site` and `safe_search`
filters. Filters combine freely, for example `duration=short&time_period=last_month`.

Each video comes with its link, platform and channel, duration, view count and
publication date, both as Bing prints them and parsed.

**Pagination.** Up to 35 videos per page, up to page 4: Bing's video list ends at 140
results. Page 1 usually holds 30. Neighbouring pages can share a few videos.

**Billing:** one request per call.

## Output

Returns a JSON object containing an array of up to 35 video records per page (up to 4 pages, 140 total). Each record includes the video's URL, title, hosting platform, channel name and URL, thumbnail URL, duration (formatted and in seconds), view count (raw and as printed by Bing), publication date (as Bing prints it and as a parsed UTC datetime), Bing's internal video ID, and 1-based position rank across pages.
