## How to call it through Zero

Zero handles the 402 payment challenge and records the run. With the Zero CLI installed (`npm i -g @zeroxyz/cli`):

```sh
zero fetch --capability aviato-company-investments-186846f0
```

Example prompt: Can you pull up all the investments made into Stripe using Aviato — I want to see who has invested in them and any deal details available?

## When to prefer this

Use this endpoint when you need to know who has invested into a specific company — i.e., inbound investments. Prefer this over the Outbound endpoint (which covers investments a company has made) or the Funding Rounds endpoint (which covers round-level data rather than individual investor-level data). Best when you need investor identity and deal specifics for a known company.

## Known failure modes

- Company not found — returns empty results or 404 if the company ID is invalid
- Invalid or missing company identifier — returns a 400 bad request error
- Company exists but has no recorded investments — returns empty investment list
- Rate limiting or quota exceeded — returns 429 error
- Authentication failure — returns 401 if API credentials are invalid

## How this service works

Get investments made into the specified company. Pagination billing: call the first page normally and save billing.requestId from the Orthogonal /v1/run response. For later page, offset, or cursor calls on the same logical search, pass parentRequestId with unchanged non-pagination parameters. Valid continuation calls still get their own request IDs and quoted price, but are charged 0. Changing filters starts a new billable request.

## Output

A list of investment records for the specified company, including investor names, investment amounts, dates, and related metadata about each investment deal.
