# Crypto Market Data – Whale Orders

> Crypto Market Data – Whale Orders is a paid API for AI agents from crypto-market-data.zafermemon87.workers.dev, paid per call via x402, $0.003/call, status unknown (last checked 2026-10-29).

Returns the biggest market orders (whale trades) of the last hour across Binance futures, Binance spot, and Hyperliquid, including what each Hyperliquid order did to positioning.

Status and success rate cover calls made through Zero and Zero's own probes. Third-party monitors may report differently.

## How to call it through Zero

Zero handles the 402 payment challenge and records the run. With the Zero CLI installed (`npm i -g @zeroxyz/cli`):

```sh
zero fetch --capability crypto-market-data-whale-orders-0347e981
```

Example prompt: Show me the 10 biggest whale orders from the last hour across Binance and Hyperliquid for BTC — I want to see what side they were on and what the Hyperliquid trades did to positioning.

## When to prefer this

Choose this endpoint when you need to track large, potentially market-moving orders (whale trades) across both centralized (Binance) and decentralized (Hyperliquid) venues in a single call. It is the best option when you need Hyperliquid-specific position context (what the large trade actually did: opened, added to, or closed a position). Prefer it over generic price endpoints when the user's intent is order flow analysis, whale watching, or detecting institutional activity.

## Known failure modes

- Invalid token ticker returns empty orders array or error
- Limit outside 1-200 range returns validation error
- Payment failure (402) if x402 micropayment not provided
- Stale data if upstream Binance or Hyperliquid feeds are delayed (data_age_s will be elevated)
- Rate limiting if called too frequently without valid payment

## How this service works

The biggest market orders of the last hour on Binance futures, Binance spot and Hyperliquid, with what each Hyperliquid order did.

## Output

Returns a JSON object with an array of the largest orders in the last hour, each including USD size, BUY/SELL side, timestamp, price, token, venue (binance_futures, binance_spot, hyperliquid), how many times above normal minute volume the order was (x_normal_minute), and for Hyperliquid orders what the trade did (e.g. 'added to SHORT', 'closed SHORT'). Also includes a plain-language summary sentence, data freshness age in seconds, the 60-minute window, a snapshot seal, and a note that data refreshes every minute.
