Signals carry ic, hit_rate, ir, grade, n_triggered_180d, last_triggered, plus `walk_forward` block at the requested horizon (is_ic, oos_ic, overfit_ratio, ic_delta, reliability_grade). Metrics carry ts_grade vs cs_grade divergence, polarity, per-asset time-series ic, current_z, current_pctl (walk-forward currently signal-only — metrics blocks omit it). Use to pick the strongest, walk-forward-validated inputs for one asset before building a strategy.
