## How this service works

SEC filing events across companies, newest first, within about a minute of EDGAR: 8-K items (results, material agreements, acquisitions, officer and director changes, Regulation FD and more), Form 4 insider transactions (insider, role, code, shares, price, holdings after) and Schedule 13D and 13G stakes. Each event names its form, filing date, acceptance time, accession number, SEC link, CIK and ticker. Cursor paging; the free head route says how many are new.

A paginated JSON response containing an array of SEC filing events, each with event type, company name, ticker, CIK, form type, filing date, EDGAR acceptance timestamp, accession number, direct SEC link, a cursor for pagination, and event-specific fields (e.g. insider details, shares, price for Form 4; stake percentage for 13D/13G; 8-K item details).
