# P0 Agent Economy Index – URL Uptime Ping

> P0 Agent Economy Index – URL Uptime Ping is a paid API for AI agents from x402-bazaar-rank.x402-bazaar-rank-worker.workers.dev, paid per call via x402, $0.01/call, status unknown (last checked 2026-10-22).

Checks whether a given public HTTP/HTTPS URL is reachable by performing a HEAD (or GET fallback) request from a Cloudflare edge node and returning status, latency, TLS, and redirect details.

## Facts

- Endpoint: GET https://x402-bazaar-rank.x402-bazaar-rank-worker.workers.dev/v1/uptime/ping?utm_source=zero.xyz
- Price: $0.01/call
- Payment: x402
- Status: unknown
- Last checked: 2026-10-22
- Activations on Zero: 0
- Tags: x402
- Canonical page: https://www.zero.xyz/c/p0-agent-economy-index-url-uptime-ping-0dc05ab9
- Structured record (JSON): https://api.zero.xyz/v1/capabilities/cap_4E41rNEiok3xQF2ImIjgY

Status and success rate cover calls made through Zero and Zero's own probes. Third-party monitors may report differently.

## How to call it through Zero

Zero handles the 402 payment challenge and records the run. With the Zero CLI installed (`npm i -g @zeroxyz/cli`):

```sh
zero fetch --capability p0-agent-economy-index-url-uptime-ping-0dc05ab9
```

Example prompt: Can you check if https://example.com/ is up right now — whether it returns a 200, how fast it responds, and whether TLS is enabled?

## When to prefer this

Use this endpoint when you need a fast, single-shot reachability check on any public HTTP/HTTPS URL — especially before making downstream API calls, verifying deployed services, or confirming redirect chains. It is a lightweight probe, not a full uptime-history or multi-region monitoring service; prefer it over general-purpose HTTP clients when you want edge-location latency measurement, automatic HEAD→GET fallback, and structured TLS/redirect metadata in one call.

## Known failure modes

- URL is unreachable or times out — ok: false with error_detail
- URL redirects more than 4 times — redirect loop reported as ok: false
- Non-standard ports (not 80, 443, 8080, 8443) may be blocked
- Bad or missing Location header in redirect chain — ok: false
- TLS handshake errors reported as ok: false
- 4xx/5xx from target server — ok: false; HEAD retried as GET automatically

## How this service works

An open index of the machine-to-machine (agent) economy. x402 routes: ranked discovery over the live x402 service market, every indexed service scored by real 30-day calls and paying-wallet bounds, with a receipt naming the snapshot hash and scoring revision. /economy routes, for Tempo MPP, Virtuals ACP, Olas, Masumi, ERC-8004 agent registries, Solana agent registries, Base agent contracts and MCP servers (Official MCP Registry): each protocol's published figures (agent or server counts, transactions or payment events; payers and USD volume only where the source publishes them: payers for x402 and Tempo MPP, USD volume for x402 and Virtuals ACP), each with its unit, window and source; units differ, so totals are not summed. L402 and per-service MPP listings are not covered.

## Output

A JSON object indicating whether the URL returned a successful response (ok: true/false), the HTTP status code, latency to response headers in milliseconds, TLS status, the final URL after any redirects, the full redirect chain, the server header, content-type, the edge location that performed the check, and a timestamp. Errors (timeouts, refused connections) are reported with ok: false and an error_detail field.
