Use this when you can tolerate async (~3 min) delivery and want candle-existence validation before being charged.

## Known failure modes

- 404 if no candle data exists for the requested symbol — not charged
- 202 if the job is queued and not yet complete — must poll the status_url
- Webhook delivery failure if the provided URL is unreachable or returns a non-2xx status
- Symbol format errors if the ticker is not a valid crypto pair (XXX-USD) or US stock ticker
- Forecast may be experimental and uncalibrated — signal accuracy is not guaranteed

## How this service works

On-demand Kronos Forecast: any crypto pair (e.g. PEPE-USD) or US stock ticker outside the scheduled list. We check that candles exist (else 404, not charged), then run Kronos on our forecast worker. Fresh stored result: 200 with the fact list. Otherwise 202 with job_id and a free status_url to poll (typically ~3 minutes), plus an optional signed webhook. Frequently requested symbols are added to the scheduled list. Experimental, not calibrated. Not financial advice.

## Output

Either a 200 response with a list of forecast signal facts (if a fresh result is already stored), or a 202 response with a job_id and a free status_url to poll every ~3 minutes until the Kronos model completes. A 404 is returned (without charge) if no candle data exists for the symbol.
