US public company data from SEC EDGAR (public domain) by ticker or CIK: recent filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K with item titles, links to documents), insider trades parsed from Form 4 XML (owner, role, transaction code, shares, price, holdings after, net open-market buys vs sells), and standardized financials from XBRL (revenue, net and operating income, diluted EPS, assets, liabilities, equity, cash, long-term debt, operating cash flow, capex, free cash flow, margins) for the last 5 fiscal years and 4 quarters, plus the raw values of any single XBRL concept as filed (/facts). Live from SEC APIs with short caches (filings 10 min, financials 6 h).

Returns a JSON object with the company's CIK, entity name, ticker, concept label, and an array of fact entries each containing: period start/end dates, fiscal year/period, value, unit, accession number, form type, filing date, and frame identifier. Up to 200 rows depending on limit parameter.
