This is the only way to retrieve async job results on the StableSocial platform. Prefer this over re-submitting the original request — only the paying wallet can poll, so ensure wallet auth context is preserved.

- Wallet mismatch — polling with a different wallet than the one that paid returns 403 forbidden
- Job not yet complete returns a pending status with no results

## How this service works

List durable StableSocial jobs, or poll a legacy token. Requires SIWX wallet auth from the paying wallet.

## Output

Returns the current status of the async job (e.g. pending, complete, failed) and, if complete, the scraped social media data payload (posts, comments, followers, etc.) originally requested. Only accessible to the wallet that initiated and paid for the job.
