Asks the public x402 facilitators (CDP, x402.org, PayAI, x402.rs, Dexter, Daydreams, OpenX402, Mogami, Heurist) for GET /supported right now: whether each answers, its latency, and the x402 versions, schemes and networks it settles. Pass network to keep only those that support it.

A JSON object with a checked_at timestamp, an optional network filter, and an array of facilitator objects. Each facilitator entry includes its name, URL, whether it is currently up, latency in milliseconds, any error message, supported networks as CAIP-2 ids, and a list of supported payment kinds (each specifying x402 version, scheme, and network).
