Trend insights for a topic, based on real Wikipedia page-view volume and momentum. Premium tier adds relatedTrends: other Wikipedia article titles matching the same search terms (title-similarity, not a curated semantic-relevance ranking). Not literal search/social trend data — see the response's `source` field.

Returns a JSON object with the topic name, a numeric trend score (0-100), week-over-week momentum as a signed percentage string, a list of related trending topics, and the tier used (standard or premium). Premium tier includes the full breakdown with related trends; standard tier returns core metrics only.
