How this service works
Live network fees on Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, BNB, Avalanche, Solana and Bitcoin: slow/standard/fast fee rates, congestion and trend, and the USD cost of a send, token transfer and swap on each, plus the cheapest chain now. Pick chains with chains (e.g. base,solana); all by default.

A JSON object containing per-chain data including gas price, base fee, slow/standard/fast speed tiers in the chain's native fee unit, estimated USD and native-token costs for common actions (ETH transfer, token transfer, swap), congestion level (low/normal/high), price trend (rising/falling/steady), and native token USD price. Also includes a 'cheapest' summary object identifying the lowest-cost chain for transfers and swaps, a timestamp, and a list of any chains whose data was unavailable.

Prefer this over manually querying RPC nodes when you need normalized, cross-chain fee comparisons with trend and congestion signals in a single call. Pay-per-use with no API key makes it ideal for autonomous agents.
Side effects
- Chain data source unavailable — chain appears in 'unavailable' array with no cost data
- Invalid chain name in query parameter returns empty or partial results
- Public RPC node timeout causes missing data for one or more chains
- Payment failure via x402 if USDC balance is insufficient
