Side effects
- Unsupported chain pair returns an error — only chain IDs 1 (Ethereum), 10 (Optimism), 137 (Polygon), 8453 (Base), and 42161 (Arbitrum) are accepted
- Missing required query parameters 'from' or 'to' results in a 400-level error
