How this service works
Change watch for address extract: runs the check and compares it with the result from your previous call for the same url (kept 90 days), returning the current answer, changed true/false, exactly which fields changed with before/after values, and when it was last seen. Call it on a schedule to be told when postal address candidates from a page changes. $0.01 per check.

Side effects
- URL is unreachable or returns non-200 — extraction cannot proceed
- No postal address candidates found on the page — empty result set returned
- First-time call has no prior result to compare against — changed flag may be null or baseline set
- Page content is behind JavaScript rendering and addresses are not in static HTML — extraction may miss dynamic content
- 90-day history window expired — previous result no longer available, comparison resets
