Side effects
- 402 Payment Required if x402 payment header is missing or malformed
- Stale data if queried within the 6-hour refresh window
- Empty items array if no services match the query filter
- Network errors if Base Sepolia (eip155:84532) payment settlement fails
- Invalid receipt if WETH payment on eip155:84532 is not accepted by facilitator
