Prefer it over generic identity deletion when the chain-of-custody record (request → authorization → action → proof → liability_boundary) matters for accountability.
Side effects
- Invalid or unknown agent_id returns an error indicating the ID does not exist
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance) prevents the call from completing
- Already-revoked agent_id may return a conflict or idempotency error
- Unauthorized account attempting to revoke an agent_id it does not own
- Malformed agent_id (wrong length or format) causes a validation rejection
