Returns a JSON object containing: major coin snapshots (BTC, ETH) with mark price, 24h change %, 24h volume, funding APR, and open interest; top gainers and losers lists; top coins by volume; highest and lowest funding rate coins; overall market breadth (advancers/decliners count and percentages, mean/median 24h change); funding distribution (positive/negative/zero count, mean APR); market totals (aggregate volume, open interest, top-5 volume share); and a fetchedAt timestamp. Data sourced from Hyperliquid.

Side effects
- Invalid limit value (above 20) returns validation error
- minVolumeUsd set too high may result in very few or zero markets counted
- Network or upstream Hyperliquid data unavailability may cause timeout or stale data
- Payment failure (insufficient USDC balance) results in 402 Payment Required before data is returned
