Side effects
- No results found for very niche or malformed queries
- Provider failover latency if primary search provider is unavailable
- Freshness filter too restrictive returns empty result set
- Query too vague returns irrelevant results
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402) if USDC balance insufficient
