Side effects
- Missing or malformed required body fields returns a 4xx validation error
- Payment not included or insufficient (must be $2 USDC via x402 protocol) results in 402 Payment Required
- Board creation failure due to upstream database error returns 5xx
- Duplicate provisioning calls create separate boards (not idempotent — each call costs $2 and creates a new board)
- Expired board (after 30 days) — keys and MCP endpoint become inactive
