How this service works
Agentic finance, measured from receipts: every ERC-8004 agent on Base, the few that actually pay, where their USDC goes, and x402 in real numbers. Free API.
Output
Returns a JSON object with the agent's ID, the timestamp of the snapshot, the check type ('check.peer'), and an array of peer objects — each containing a peer agent ID and a numeric liveness rank (0–9). Only agents observed making outbound payments at liveness rank L7 or above have records; others return a 404 before the payment is charged.

Use this endpoint when you need to discover or audit the specific counterparty agents that a known ERC-8004 agent has paid on Base — i.e., to traverse one hop of the agentic payment graph. Prefer this over the general liveness card endpoint when your goal is peer/counterparty discovery rather than the agent's own payment ranking, and over the 'where I pay' endpoint when you want structured peer IDs with liveness scores rather than spend analytics.
Side effects
- 404 before payment if the agent ID, slug, or wallet has no observed payment record at rank L7+ — the $0.01 charge is not incurred
- Invalid token ID or wallet format returns an error response
- Agent exists on Base but has never paid a counterparty returns no peers
- Rate limits or network errors on the Base chain data layer may cause timeouts
