Prefer this over a generic calendar API when the time-zone-aware overlap computation is the hard part.
Side effects
- No overlapping working hours exist across the specified time zones and days — returns empty slot list
- Invalid IANA time zone string causes a parsing error
- Malformed participants JSON array results in a 400 error
- Duration longer than any contiguous overlap window yields no results
- Requesting too many days ahead may exceed supported range
