How this service works
Page change watch: reports what changed on a web page since your last check (lines added and removed). The first call saves a snapshot; each later call compares and updates it. Snapshots are private to the paying wallet.
Output
Returns a diff of the target web page against its stored snapshot: lines that were added since the last call and lines that were removed. On the very first call for a given URL, the snapshot is saved and no diff is returned. Subsequent calls update the snapshot and return the delta. Snapshots are isolated per paying wallet.

- URL is unreachable or returns non-200 status — no snapshot saved or updated
- First call returns no diff (snapshot creation only, no comparison yet)
- Page content is dynamic/JavaScript-rendered and the snapshot may not reflect true visible content
- Invalid or missing URL parameter causes request failure
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402) prevents snapshot update
