Output
Returns an array of matching companies (domain, company name, country, industry, web rank, employee count), plus total match count, number of records returned, and the technology queried. If count=true, only the total count is returned at no charge.

Side effects
- Unknown or misspelled technology name returns empty results
- Missing required 'technology' field returns a validation error
- Overly restrictive filter combination (country + employees + web rank) returns zero results
- Pagination offset beyond total results returns empty array
- Rate limiting or payment failure returns 402 or 429 error
