How this service works
Create an annotation review session. Pass `url` for a live webpage, or `zipData` (base64 zip) + optional `entryFile` for a static code bundle. Returns a `shareUrl` for the human reviewer and, for bundle reviews, a `bundleUrl` to download the original source afterward.
Output
Returns a JSON object containing a UUID reviewId identifying the session, a shareUrl to give to the human reviewer so they can open and annotate the page, and (for bundle-based reviews) a bundleUrl to download the original source zip afterward.
