Output
Returns a JSON object containing the ticker symbol, the most recent 1-minute bar close price, today's OHLCV (open, high, low, close, volume, VWAP), the absolute change and percentage change from the prior close, the previous close value, a timestamp, and flags indicating whether the data is delayed (currently always true at 15-minute delay) and by how much.

Side effects
- Invalid or unknown ticker symbol returns an error response
- Market closed or pre-market hours may yield stale or null price fields
- Network or payment failure may prevent the request from completing
- is_delayed is always true on the current plan — real-time data requires a plan upgrade
- Tickers not listed on US exchanges are not supported
