Choose this endpoint when you need zero-shot text classification into a custom set of labels you define at call time, without needing to train a model. It is ideal for dynamic label sets (sentiment, intent, topic routing) where labels may vary per use case and you want a simple, pay-per-call solution without managing ML infrastructure.

• Fewer than 2 or more than 20 labels provided — returns validation error
• Empty or missing text field — returns 400 bad request
• Ambiguous text that doesn't clearly fit any label — may return low-confidence or unexpected label
• Non-English or multilingual text may reduce classification accuracy
• Payment failure via x402 — returns 402 Payment Required
