Ed25519-signed, Bitcoin-anchored CERTIFICATE over a statement — proof you said X at time T, verifiable forever at aicomglobal.com/.well-known/aicom-pubkey. GET /oasis/attest for a single-use nonce, then POST {nonce, body}.
