Returns an array of guidance records, each containing the ticker, metric name, period, period type, low/high range, point estimate, unit, segment, change direction (raised/lowered/maintained/initiated/withdrawn), prior value, raw guidance text from the filing, and source URL. A next_page_url is included when more records remain.

Side effects
- Missing or invalid ticker symbol returns an error or empty result set
- Unknown metric_name filter yields an empty array
- Date range filters that precede available data return no records
- Invalid cursor causes pagination failure
- Exceeding limit maximum of 50 returns a validation error
- Ticker with no guidance in earnings filings returns empty kpi_guidance array
