This is the second step in a two-step async video generation workflow — prefer it over re-submitting a new job, and use it specifically when you have a job ID from a prior Venice video generation request on AiSpace x402 and need the output without requiring a persistent API key.

- Job still in progress returns pending status rather than video URL
- Payment failure via x402 prevents result retrieval
