Side effects
- Invalid format enum value returns a 400 error
- Missing or empty content field returns a 400 error
- Extremely large content bodies may time out or be rejected
- Payment failure via x402/USDC results in a 402 response and no PDF is generated
- The returned URL is temporary and will stop working after the expiry date
