Side effects
- Invalid netuid (outside 0-511 range) returns a 400 or validation error
- Subnet not yet tracked or with no registered miners may return empty leaderboard array
- Payment failure (x402 protocol) returns 402 if USDC not provided
- Network or node unavailability returns 5xx error
- Rate limiting may occur under high request volume
