Get replies posted by a specific Twitter/X user.
Output
Returns a merged list of reply tweets posted by the specified Twitter/X user across the requested number of pages. Each reply includes standard tweet data. When sentiment analysis is enabled, each reply also includes an emotions object (joy, trust, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, anticipation — each scored 0–100), a dominant_emotion field, an emotional_intensity score (0–10), and a polarity classification (positive, negative, or neutral).
