Side effects
- Invalid minutes value outside 5–240 range returns an error or default
- Invalid limit value outside 1–50 range returns an error or default
- Look-back window capped at ~12,000 blocks (~50 minutes on Arbitrum) regardless of minutes parameter
- No pools found in window returns empty list
- RPC or indexing outage may return stale or empty data
- Spam pools dominate results with unrecognized token names
