A JSON object containing the chain name ('arbitrum'), a count of pools found, a notes field warning about unvetted/spam pools, and an array of pool objects. Each pool includes the transaction hash, DEX name (uniswap-v3 or uniswap-v4), block number, approximate UTC timestamp, pool ID, v4 hooks address (if any), fee tier in basis points, pairedWith field (ETH/WETH/USDC/null), quote liquidity (WETH or USDC amount held for v3 pools, null for v4), and full token0/token1 metadata (name, symbol, address, decimals).

Prefer it over generic block explorers when you want structured, pre-parsed pool data without writing your own event log queries. It is especially useful for token launch monitoring, DeFi arbitrage scouting, or hook-based strategy detection on Uniswap v4.
Side effects
- Invalid 'minutes' parameter (outside 5–240 range) returns an error or empty result
- Invalid 'limit' parameter (outside 1–50) returns an error
- No new pools found in the requested window returns count:0 and empty pools array
- Truncated look-back due to 12,000-block cap (~50 min on Arbitrum) even if minutes>50 is requested
- Many returned pools are spam or scam tokens — endpoint explicitly warns about this
- Payment failure or missing x402 payment header results in 402 response
