Returns a JSON object containing borrowed token balances organized by chain (e.g. ethereum, arbitrum_one), each entry including token id, name, symbol, USD value, exact balance, protocol name (e.g. COMPOUND_V3), market contract address, quote timestamp, and 24h-ago price. Also includes address metadata with Arkham labels and per-chain total position values in USD.

Side effects
- Invalid or malformed wallet address returns an error
- Address with no loan positions returns empty balance arrays
- Unsupported chain in request may return no data for that chain
- Rate limiting or payment failure (x402) results in 402 Payment Required
- Network timeout if on-chain data is slow to resolve
