Choose this endpoint when you need a signed, deterministic, tamper-evident QA receipt for a specific file artifact (JSON, ZIP, PDF, or DOCX) encoded as Base64, especially in agentic delivery pipelines where cryptographic proof of QA completion is required. Prefer this over generic file validators when you need a signed receipt rather than just a boolean result, and when the artifact type is one of the four supported formats.

• Invalid or malformed Base64 encoding — returns decoding error
• Unsupported file type submitted — returns unsupported format error
• Corrupted file bytes that cannot be parsed — returns parse failure
• File exceeds size limits — returns payload too large error
• Missing required fields in request body — returns validation error
