How this service works
Lee 2019 ASTCT CRS Table 1 grade 0-4. Fever (>=38 C, not another cause) with both axes none is grade 1. fever_waived after antipyretic, tocilizumab, or steroids. Grade is the more severe of hypotension (none / no_vasopressors / one_vasopressor / multiple_vasopressors) vs hypoxia (none / low_flow / high_flow / positive_pressure). Organ toxicities do not influence grade. Not ICANS. magent does not measure temperature or start vasopressors.
Output
Returns the ASTCT CRS grade (integer 0–4) based on the more severe of the hypotension and hypoxia axes, with grade 1 requiring only fever (when both axes are none), and fever requirement waivable after antipyretic, tocilizumab, or steroid administration.
