Astro Agents Vedic Dashas API

Use this endpoint when you need deterministic, reproducible Vedic astrology dasha calculations grounded in the NASA/JPL DE440 ephemeris rather than LLM-generated or approximate astrological data. Ideal when auditability matters (SHA-256 hash provided), when you need multi-level dasha depth (up to 4 levels), or when integrating Vedic timing cycles into an agent workflow that requires consistent, verifiable results. Prefer over general astrology APIs if Vedic tradition (Vimshottari dasha system) and ayanamsa choice are important to the user.

• Missing required latitude or longitude returns a 400 validation error
• Invalid date/time format causes parsing failure
• Timezone string not recognized returns an error or defaults unexpectedly
• Depth parameter outside 1-4 range rejected
• Ayanamsa or house system enum value not matching allowed values returns 422
• Dates outside ephemeris range (1800-2200) may return an error or empty result
• Ambiguous local time (DST transitions) handled by ambiguous_time enum but may differ from user expectation
