Planetary positions: Tropical (or sidereal) longitudes, latitudes, speeds and retrograde flags of Sun..Pluto, nodes, Lilith.
Output
Returns a JSON object containing: planetary positions with exact degree/minute/second and zodiac sign, retrograde status and speed for each planet, aspect relationships between planets, house cusp positions, and a SHA-256 hash of the result for reproducibility verification. Also includes metadata confirming no LLM was used and the ephemeris version.

Side effects
- Invalid or out-of-range latitude/longitude returns a validation error
- Date outside the ephemeris range (1800-01-01 to 2200-01-01) returns an out-of-range error

- Invalid timezone string returns a parsing error
