Returns a JSON object containing: a `change` field (e.g. 'unchanged') and `changed` boolean indicating whether the page has changed; per-quote `verdict` values (still_exact, now_exact, now_fuzzy, now_missing, unchecked); a new signed JWS `receipt` for cryptographic proof; `page` metadata (final URL, HTTP status, content kind, content SHA-256); optional `text` of the fetched page; `differences` array; `injection_flags`; and advisory `advice` text. The receipt can be stored and used in future recheck calls.
