Use this endpoint on every individual payment attempt involving a B20 token — it is the only tool that resolves all three policy axes (sender, receiver, executor) simultaneously against live contract state including transfer-pause. ERC-20 tools cannot see B20 transfer policies. Other B20 tools in the suite are for due diligence bought once; this is the real-time gate check that must run per transaction.
Side effects
- Missing required query params (address, from, to) returns a 400 error
- Invalid or non-B20 token address returns an error or indeterminate result
- Token contract not deployed on Base returns a lookup failure
- Executor address provided but not recognized by contract returns policy error
- Network congestion or RPC timeout may delay or fail the live policy fetch
