New token radar for Base: pools created in the last 24 hours that already hold real liquidity; ?minLiquidity sets the spam floor in USD, default 10000. Each pool carries its token address, so anything interesting can go straight to /api/base/safety
Output
A list of newly created Base DEX liquidity pools from the past 24 hours, each including the pool address, token address, liquidity in USD, and relevant pool metadata. Results are filtered to exclude pools below the specified minLiquidity floor (default $10,000) to reduce spam. Returns up to `limit` pools (default 15, max 30). Token addresses in the response can be passed directly to the /api/base/safety endpoint for honeypot and tax checks.

Prefer this over general trending pool endpoints when recency (last 24 hours) matters and you want a fresh discovery feed rather than established tokens. It pairs naturally with the /api/base/safety endpoint to vet any interesting finds.
Side effects
- No pools returned if no new pools meet the minLiquidity threshold in the time window
- Rate limiting or payment failure if x402 payment is not correctly handled
- minLiquidity values that are too high may return empty results during low-activity periods
- limit exceeding 30 will be rejected by schema validation
- Downstream DEX data provider outages may cause stale or missing pool data
