Base64 Decode

Use this endpoint when you need a simple, stateless Base64-to-UTF-8 decoding operation without spinning up a local runtime or library. It is ideal for agents operating in environments where native Base64 decoding is unavailable or inconvenient, and when the input is known to be Base64-encoded UTF-8 text (not binary data). It complements the sibling Base64-encode endpoint on the same service.
