Side effects
- Invalid ticker format returns a 400 validation error
- Malformed entity_id UUID fails schema validation
- Invalid datetime format for as_of or changed_since causes a 400 error
- Limit outside 1–50 range is rejected
- No matching beliefs returns an empty result set rather than an error
- Payment failure (x402) results in a 402 response before data is returned
- Cursor value from a prior page may expire or become invalid
