Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported chain_id returns an error or empty response
- Malformed address_hash_param returns a validation error
- Date range too large may cause timeout or truncated results
- Address with no transactions returns an empty CSV
- Unsupported filter_type or filter_value combination may return unfiltered results
- Rate limiting or payment failure returns 402 or 429
