Side effects
- Invalid or unsupported chain_id returns a 404 or empty result
- Unknown address_hash returns an empty items array
- Invalid state_filter value may return a 400 error or empty results
- Pagination exhausted — next_page_params is null when no more results exist
- Network timeout or upstream blockchain node unavailability causes 503
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient blocks the request
