Build braille cells from raised-dot numbers (each cell an array of 1–8). Out-of-range or repeated dots are clean 400s.
Output
Returns an array of Unicode braille characters or a combined braille string corresponding to each input cell's dot configuration. Invalid dot numbers (outside 1–8) or repeated dots within a cell result in a clean 400 error response.

Use this endpoint when you have explicit dot-position arrays and need to produce braille cell characters programmatically — ideal when the input is already in dot-number format (e.g. from a sensor, database, or user-specified layout) rather than plain text. For converting plain English text to braille, prefer the text-to-braille sibling endpoint instead.
Side effects
- Dot number out of range (not 1–8) → 400 error
- Repeated dot numbers within a single cell → 400 error
- Empty cells array (minItems:1 violated) → 400 error
- Malformed JSON body → 400 error
- Non-integer dot values → 400 error
