Side effects
- Invalid briefing key returns a 404 or empty response
- Page number out of range returns an error or blank image
- Expired or stale briefing key (briefings are hourly) may return outdated content
- Missing payment (x402) causes a 402 Payment Required response
- Malformed key or page parameter causes a 400 Bad Request
