Output
Returns an ordered array of per-item results matching the input URL order, each containing the URL, its broken-link status (reachable/broken), HTTP status code, and an error field if the link is broken. Also includes a top-level count of how many URLs in the batch failed.

Side effects
- Exceeding the 20 URL per batch limit may result in an error or truncation
- URLs that require authentication or have bot-blocking may be flagged as broken incorrectly
- Network timeouts for slow-responding servers may produce false positives
- Payment failure (x402) if USDC balance is insufficient
- Malformed URLs in the input list will result in per-item errors
- Temporarily unavailable URLs may be misreported as broken
